WOODSTOCKSHOP.COM launches its brand new shape section!
There you will find tools as well as some of the materials necessary to make your boards. As an official MILLENNIUM FOAM distributor, you will also find a very wide choice of foam bars. Here is a guide that will help you make your choice from this wide selection of breads.
"Millennium is above all a manufacturer of high quality polyurethane. The polyurethane produced in our factory based in Los Angeles is used in industry, agriculture and the construction of surfboards. We have been able to exploit our know-how and use current technologies to bring our company to where it is today: a global distributor of polyurethane and epoxy foam bars.
Millennium foam bars are known for their robustness, lightness and the whiteness of their foam.
"The feedback we have received from shapers qualifies our loaves as "practical to shape" . They are dense but remain pleasant to shape by hand. Particular attention has been paid to the density of the loaf at the rails, in order to reduce the recurring problem of "soft rails" that we sometimes find with certain manufacturers.

Molecular Optical Brightening (MoB)
"This process is the new standard in the manufacture of foam bread and makes it possible to obtain breads with a more intense white and this over the long term. The breads resist UV rays for longer and thus yellow much less. Originally, this technique was intended for the resins used for glazing the boards, now, the bars also contain whitening agents. The MoB therefore allows the boards to keep their original white once the board is finished and for a long time. This process is the result of a long year of development and testing at Millennium. The MoB gives the finished shapes a very intense white which will highlight your boards, whether inside a shop or in natural light. Finally, This lightening technique is available on all our breads and in no way affects the strength or weight of the latter, which will remain just as pleasant to shape."
