About this photograph: "September 2016, The Apataki atoll is located in the Tuamotu, a chain of atolls 200 km from Tahiti, in this photo our small boat to go surfing on the other side of the pass. On the Apataki atoll we cultivate the black pearl but also another pearl... a beautiful and long wave capricious which only works when the swell is oriented due south.
