The Aloha Black Panda surfboard is ideal in small conditions while remaining maneuverable and responsive . Ecoskin technology is ultra durable and more solid (see specifications just below). Lots of volume for a small board , quite a bit of width but a tail narrow enough to maneuver. The diamond tail allows you to respond quickly underfoot in small waves while having control. The Black Panda has a slight channel in the center of the board which goes down towards the tail and fins to maintain good flow and speed while easily switching from one rail to another with good grip . Choose your Black Panda with around 2L of additional volume compared to your usual shortboard.
Ecoskin technology in detail:
ECOSKIN Technology is an advancement in more ecological construction, using fewer harmful products during the construction of the board and incorporating PAULOWNIA wood throughout the deck, rails and bottom of the boards. Paulownia is a wood that grows very quickly and therefore can be used easily and eco-responsibly in the manufacture of boards. It is a very light and very strong wood.
EPS core - Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) light and strong foam. Increased flotation for ease of paddling and maximum maneuverability.
EPOXY resin - Less polluting than PU resin, Epoxy resin emits less harmful and chemical residues, it is also a very solid resin which is perfectly suited to the EPS core and Ecoskin technology with its wooden deck / bottom / rail .
