The DICK VAN STRAALEN DVS Micro surfboard is an egg with a very rounded nose, a fairly pronounced round pintail and very little rocker. Single concave in the front which gradually goes into double concave and Vee towards the tail. This ultra fast board allows you to catch a maximum of waves thanks to its excellent buoyancy and can be surfed in all types of conditions , hollow or more sluggish. An ultra fun board to surf, with a volume of 36L in size 5'8 it paddles easily and takes off easily despite its small size, it will be suitable for experienced surfers as well as intermediate surfers.

Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) is a closed-cell foam block (optimal sealing), lighter and which floats better than a traditional PU (polyurethane) block. The advantage of increasing buoyancy is to increase rowing speed and improve maneuverability .
Epoxy resin is a much healthier alternative to polyester resin, it emits 50 to 75% fewer VOCs (volatile organic compounds) and considerably limits the chemicals released into nature.
The carbon fiber strips placed along the center of the boards act exactly like a leaf spring, absorbing and then gradually releasing the energy acquired during the bottom turn, thus allowing for smooth transitions during the sequence of top turns .
