A floating paddle designed for beginner level rowers. A very robust paddle, ideal for your first paddle strokes and which will accompany you during your learning and improvement. Easily adjustable, this paddle will allow you to find the ideal wrist height and adjust it as you progress and according to your sensations. Another advantage of an adjustable paddle is that you can use it in SUP Surf as well as in SUP Race .

Here's a quick sizing guide to help you adjust your paddle.
SUP RACE --> +15 to +30cm above the head
SUP SURF --> 0 to +20cm above the head
These sizes give you an idea but it is still important to listen to your feelings. If your shoulders hurt while rowing, your paddle is probably too big, if your back hurts, it's probably too small.
