Description
The Von Sol Shadow is the perfect intermediate between the fish and the thruster .
The front half of the board is similar to that of a fish, with a very easy paddle , after the take-off the glide and speed are immediately present .
On the back half the raised tail provides lightness when you need it, and the round-pin tail allows you to power through softer sections and bite the wave with big turns.
It is possible to mount the board with 5 fins , i.e. a set of quattro + 1 "nubster " (mini central fin) in order to maximize maneuverability, speed and performance.
The Nubster was also dubbed by the media as "the guitar pick" during the Quiksilver Pro New York when Kelly Slater used it on her own quad.
