Gath Helmet - Hat NEO
This model is one of the brand's bestsellers . It was the first surf helmet when it was released in 1989 and is still used by many athletes. It is suitable for a large number of practices and more particularly for water sports. It has a waterproof thermo-formed foam which lines the inside of the helmet and provides comfort, protection and stability . The neoprene headband will protect your forehead , give you a little extra warmth and limit water flow . This helmet also has an adjustable (non-retractable) opening system at ear level to free up your hearing when you ride.

The Gath Hat EVA helmet is the other Best Seller from GATH™ , it has the same characteristics as its NEO counterpart with the difference that the neoprene headband is replaced by an EVA headband , a more rigid foam which will give you a additional protection at the forehead and will further prevent water from flowing onto the face.

Gath headset - VR
This model (similar to the NEO model in terms of shape) has a retractable visor that can be completely tucked inside the helmet. The advantage of this helmet is that it will provide additional protection to your face and in particular to your eyes, which are particularly exposed in board sports and extreme sports. The smoked visor blocks more than 98% of UV rays and will block wind and water splashes in addition to protecting you from impacts . Other visor colors are available (and even a transparent one) that you can order independently . This helmet also has the “audio wind” system allowing you to adjust the opening at ear level.

Gath Helmet - SFC
This so-called "convertible" SFC helmet benefits from two major characteristics: The first advantage of this helmet is that it has removable ear protection, ideal when conditions are warmer or quite simply when you want to keep the sensations intact when you surf. These protections are very easy to remove and remain extremely effective when in place. The second advantage of this helmet is that you can equip it with the choice of a full face visor , a half face visor or a Ribbed Peak cap visor. Note that the SFC model shares this advantage of removable visors with the GEDI model described a little further down. It is similar to the EVA helmet in terms of shape and materials.

This helmet has been chosen by many lifeguards around the world (in Australia and particularly in France by members of the SNSM) for their very high quality and the optimal protection they provide. This model combines a high level of protection and a design as close as possible to the head in order to limit potential discomfort or traction which could occur when diving into the water or during a duck for example. Just like the Gath SFC, the ear protection is removable and you can also change the helmet visor or simply remove it.
