The 1980s by Jeff Divine : The 80's were tumultuous years in the history of surfing, they are the cradle of a universe very different from the 70's where the hippie/trip/adventure movement seemed to have taken hold: In in the 80's everything exploded and the surf community split into various groups, among them the Pros, the rebels, the punks, the travelers etc. - everyone living their passion differently. Jeff captured this period of surfing history, these strong moments, these flashes, bathed in fluorescent and neon lights . Southern California and the North Shore of Oahu are Jeff's favorite hunting grounds, whether on the beach or in the water. Jeff knew how to capture these moments and the authenticity of the photos is a pleasure to see in this work. At Woodstockshop we particularly like the work of Jeff Divine!
